What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy is 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival and 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

Is the property family friendly for children?

Yes, REEF is family-friendly for children and infants and rooms can easily be adapted to suit your needs, offering versatility for families. There's a range of amenities suitable for children, including a large outdoor area with pool and spa.

Please ensure the pool gate is always closed. Children must be under adult supervision when in pool. Child responsibility is solely the parent/guardian's while staying at or visiting Reef.

REEF has a fully equipped kitchen, luxury sheets, bath essentials, saltwater pool, heated spa, outdoor deck, BBQ facilities, free W-fi, a laundry equipped with Miele appliances, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Parties, functions, weddings, schoolies, excess guest, poor behaviour, or late noise are not permitted under any circumstance. Good neighbour policy- quiet residential area noise must be turned down by 10pm.

Is there parking available on-site?

For your convenience, Reef offers three parking spots: a single-car garage, a carport, and space on the driveway. Additionally, there is one car spot available on the kerbside at the front of the property.
