What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10am.
Is there a minimum night stay requirement?

We typically have a 2-night minimum stay policy. This may change during peak seasons and holidays as the minimum stay may be extended. Refer to booking schedule to check this.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy is 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival and 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.
Is the property family friendly for children?

Yes, REEF is family-friendly for children and infants and rooms can easily be adapted to suit your needs, offering versatility for families. There's a range of amenities suitable for children, including a large outdoor area with pool and spa. Please ensure the pool gate is always closed. Children must be under adult supervision when in pool. Child responsibility is solely the parent/guardian's while staying at or visiting Reef.
What amenities are included?

REEF has a fully equipped kitchen, luxury sheets, bath essentials, saltwater pool, heated spa, outdoor deck, BBQ facilities, free W-fi, a laundry equipped with Miele appliances, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans. Is it pet friendly?

For the comfort of all guests, no pets are allowed on the property.
Do you offer early check-ins or late check-outs?

Yes we do. Get in touch and it can be organised.
Do you accept weddings, events and functions?

Parties, functions, weddings, schoolies, excess guest, poor behaviour, or late noise are not permitted under any circumstance. Good neighbour policy- quiet residential area noise must be turned down by 10pm.
How can I make a reservation?

You can book directly through our website which is cheaper or through reputable booking platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com and Stayz. If you have any questions about booking, feel free to get in touch.
Is there parking available on-site?

For your convenience, Reef offers three parking spots: a single-car garage, a carport, and space on the driveway. Additionally, there is one car spot available on the kerbside at the front of the property.
Are there any local attractions or activities nearby?

Reef is perfectly positioned just 50 meters from the ocean and a short stroll from the famous Worimi Conservation Lands, home to the largest mobile sand dunes in the Southern Hemisphere. Enjoy proximity to Birubi Beach, local cafes, camel rides, adventure tours, and Anna Bay’s new skate park and playground. Escape to Reef—your luxurious, laid-back coastal retreat.
Is smoking allowed?

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited at the property.
